Turnaround

Usually 8 hours, maximum 24 hours, measured from the moment the case passes intake check. Urgent cases are agreed per case; we do not advertise a rush tier.

Rework and responsibility

Rework caused by us is free within 14 calendar days, unlimited revisions. After the file is delivered, manufacturing, clinical fitting and the outcome in the patient's mouth are the laboratory's responsibility. Liability is limited to the value of the case in question.

Payment

Invoiced in USD. The first paid case is pre-paid; after three completed and paid cases, 15-day terms may be requested. Payment by bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer. A commercial invoice is issued for each case.

We are a non-resident supplier and do not charge UAE VAT. A VAT-registered recipient accounts for VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.

Data and confidentiality

Case files contain no patient name, number or date of birth. Images used for shade and smile planning may include facial features and are used only for the case. We do not contact your patients and do not publish client names.

Retention and deletion are handled case by case; a written data-processing attachment is issued with the first order.

Ownership

The design file for each case belongs to the laboratory. We do not reuse or resell case geometry.
