We send a 16-point handoff checklist on request. Most rework is a handoff problem, not a design problem.
We work with the laboratory only. We do not contact your patients and we do not publish client names.
Rework caused by us is free within 14 calendar days, with no limit on revisions.
Case files carry no patient name, patient number or date of birth. Smile and shade photographs may include facial features; they are used only for the case they belong to.
USD by bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer. The first paid case is pre-paid. We send a commercial invoice with our entity details before that case starts.
As a non-resident supplier, we do not charge UAE VAT; a VAT-registered recipient accounts for it under the reverse charge mechanism.
